Job Description:Identify client requirements and expectations for events.Plan events from start to finish based on requirements, target audience, and objectives.In charge of all end-to-end events (selling events, project events, campaigns)Think creatively to create unique themes, engaging activities, and captivating experiences that align with the client's goals.Manage all event set-up, tear-down, and follow-up processes.Ensure events run smoothly and resolve any problems that arise.Maintain event budgets effectively, ensuring efficiency for event-related expenses.Liaise with internal teams, vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning.Evaluate the event's effectiveness, generate a comprehensive report, and propose recommendations to improve the event's overall success. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Public Relations, communication, and management is preferable, with a minimum of 1 year of proven working experience in event management.Excellent in planning and executing events, strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, and creative and strategic.Able to work independently or as part of a team, be willing to travel, and have the ability to multitask.Highly motivated, results-oriented, engaging, and have a positive attitude.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Good communication skillsGood project management skillsAttention to detail and making checklists .
