We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Event Manager to support our Brand Experience team. This role involves assisting with managing on-site execution, and coordinating closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams. You’ll need to be adaptable, organized, and able to handle real-time problem-solving during live events. Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and execution events and ensure smooth on-site operationsCoordinate with Event Organizers (EO), vendors, and internal stakeholdersAssist in developing event schedules and operational checklistsCommunicate effectively with clients during event setup and executionProvide quick solutions to on-site issues as they arisePrepare event documentation and reports using PowerPoint, Word, and other tools RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in event management or a similar roleFluent in English is a MustExperience supporting on-site event logistics and coordinationStrong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to stay calm and responsive under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word)
