Isn't that beautiful?Description of Duties:Lead total education/training strategy and action plan with excellent execution OMNI to drive business growth in Indonesia while ensuring the right fit approach within brand DNA and valuesReview and identify/initiate Education programs/modules from HQ that are relevant and fit with business strategyPrepare the training module and planConduct the training session and follow up on the results regularlyEvaluate training results, coaching, and developing Beauty Advisor in each storeEvaluate the success of training to develop further training needsBeing in the field regularly to execute the designed training for the sales team and raise information to create further training needsEnsure compliance with brand policies, standards, and proceduresAssists the Brand Team in launching events, principal store visits, and other team activitiesPrepare and submit monthly training reportsDeliver training, evaluation, and development reportWork closely with all functions to manage new product/campaign launches on time as planned and implement in-depth product knowledge across all field teams Performing the beauty classEducation & Experience:At least 5-7 years experience in the beauty industry, preferably within the skin care, beauty, make-up, and haircare categoryExcellent knowledge/experience in retail businessStrong interpersonal, communication & coaching skillsExperience in building effective teamsCreative, proactive, and high motivation in workA results-driven achiever with ambition, motivation, and dynamismProficiency in Microsoft OfficeHas a positive work attitude, sociable, and fast learnerGood problem-solving and customer service skillsKnowledge and Skills:Excellent oral and written communication in the English language.Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to influence people.Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to cope with changes.Possesses organizational skills and coordinate effectively with operation teamUnderstand the important of retail excellent, client centric, sales oriented, story tellingGood understanding of retail management.
