Bags City sells well-known brands like Lojel, Thule, Bagasi, Knirps, Case Logic, Travel Blue and many more. Available in 30 Showrooms and 100 Department Stores throughout Indonesia. And now we're looking for an Ecommerce Product Manager to manage and continuously improve our e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless customer experience and strong online sales performance. This role combines business, digital commerce, and technical coordination to drive website enhancements, optimize conversion rates, and support the growth of our direct-to-consumer channel. Key Responsibilities :Coordinate with the IT department or 3rd-party developers to communicate online sales needs and translate them into clear functional briefs for website updates.Manage the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of the owned e-commerce website, assisting in prioritizing features and organizing the development backlog.Stay up to date with the latest direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce trends and UX/UI best practices to suggest actionable improvements for conversion rates and user experience.Maintain and assist in the technical setup of marketing tools, ensuring proper operation of tracking mechanisms like Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and basic Conversions API (CAPI).Monitor the technical SEO health of the website, utilizing auditing tools to check site speed and basic structure, and coordinate with developers for necessary improvements.Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new website features and updates to ensure they meet the requested commercial goals and function properly before going live.Evaluate 3rd-party e-commerce applications and plugins, providing recommendations to management on the most practical technical approaches to reach business goals.Monitor website performance metrics proactively, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate complex technical bugs to developers while ensuring minimal disruption to online sales. Qualification :Bachelor Degree of Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Digital Marketing, Management.Proven experience as an E-commerce Website Specialist, Senior Staff, or similar role for a minimum of 2-3 years.Fluent in English.Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) and their basic backend operations.Experience with digital marketing setups, including a working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Meta Pixel.Solid understanding of basic technical SEO principles and familiarity with auditing tools like Google Search Console.Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between commercial objectives and IT execution.Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to tracking website performance and tasks.
