E-Commerce (DTC) Associate Job OverviewThe E-Commerce (DTC) Associate will be part of the User Operations Department, supporting the day-to-day operations of the CHAGEE App and direct-to-consumer (DTC) business in Indonesia. This role is responsible for supporting app-related initiatives, membership operations, CRM activities, and voucher implementation to support member engagement, customer experience, and DTC business performance.The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of app initiatives, membership mechanics, and customer touchpoints across the CHAGEE App ecosystem. Key Responsibilities :Channel OperationsSupport the daily operations of DTC channels (e.g., CHAGEE App, CRM tools) to ensure smooth execution and customer experienceSupport voucher setup, in-app initiatives, and customer journey execution based on business requirementsMonitor app operational issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution Member OperationsSupport membership initiatives to drive member engagement and repeat purchaseAssist in CRM execution and member tagging based on business requirementsSupport customer communication setup based on predefined user journeys and segmentation Data Monitoring & SupportSupport day-to-day monitoring of key DTC metrics and app-related performanceAssist in data consolidation and dashboard updates based on business requirementsEnsure data accuracy and support tracking for membership, CRM, and app initiatives Administrative & Operational SupportSupport administrative processes related to DTC initiatives, partnerships, and vendor coordinationAssist in contract documentation, invoice submission, payment tracking, and vendor coordination for timely operational execution Customer Experience SupportSupport issue follow-up and resolution to ensure a seamless membership and app experience Preferred SkillsUnderstanding of e-commerce, DTC, CRM, or digital operationsGood numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in executionComfortable working with data and dashboards to support day-to-day operationsGood proficiency in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data organizationUnderstanding of UI/UX principles and customer journey experienceStrong execution, coordination, and project management skillsProactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a performance-driven business environment
