What We’re Looking For:10+ years of documentary film making or narrative non-fiction writing, with a strong sense of story and structure.Driven by curiosity for research, writing, and learning, paired with deep empathy, strong contextual awareness, and an eagerness to push creative boundaries.Knowledge of video production workflows, concept development, presentation, graphic and audiovisual scriptwriting.Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.Detail-oriented, adaptable, solutions-driven, and committed to continuous learning.
