Director of Operations (Industrial Estate)

The Director of Operations leads and oversees the end-to-end operations of the Industrial Estate, ensuring efficient estate management, reliable infrastructure, high tenant satisfaction, and full regulatory compliance. This role drives operational excellence, service quality, and long-term development of the industrial estate.Key ResponsibilitiesLead overall operational strategy and ensure alignment with company objectives.Oversee daily estate operations, including utilities, infrastructure, maintenance, security, and environment.Ensure tenant service quality, handle major issues/complaints, and maintain strong tenant relationships.Manage compliance related to industrial estate regulations, environment (AMDAL), safety, and government permits.Direct infrastructure and development projects, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely execution.Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets and drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.Collaborate with government agencies, regulators, contractors, and internal stakeholders.Lead and develop multidisciplinary operational teams and promote a safety-first culture. QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.Minimum 15 years’ experience in industrial estate, property, or infrastructure operations, with at least 5–8 years in a senior leadership role.Strong knowledge of estate operations, infrastructure, utilities management, HSE, and regulatory compliance.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities.
