Job title: Customer Service Specialist (for XENA App)Role Overview : Provide timely and professional support to in-app users, handle inquiries, complaints, and account issues while maintaining high user satisfaction. ResponsibilitiesRespond to user inquiries and resolve issues via support channelsHandle complaints, refunds, and account-related requestsCoordinate with product and operations teams when neededMaintain knowledge base and contribute to process improvementsTrack and report on CS performance metrics QualificationsPrefer candidates with live streaming related experienceFluent in Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken); good command of EnglishPrior experience in customer service or user supportStrong communication skills, fast learner and empathyDetail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
