Job Descriptions:Strategy and PlanningBusiness strategy formulation and strategic initiative ideationWork together with Finance in arranging/developing regular strategy planning and performance monitoringAssist CEO in communications to stakeholders through presentation decks Corporate DevelopmentCorporate development strategy formulation and regular market screening, including synthesis of market developmentsLead the execution of any inorganic (M&A) opportunities within CIMB Niaga groupMonitor and evaluate execution of corporate actions and special projects People ManagementInternal coordination across units and directoratesCoordination and alignment with CIMB Group Regulatory ComplianceProviding information, analysis, report, or data as required by regulators Job Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in (Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics). Master Degree is preferred10 years of working experience, 5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy related rolesExperience in management consulting and/or investment banking is preferredIn-depth knowledge of banking industries including the rules and regulations in the domestic and international landscapesStrong financial analysis and financial modeling skillStrong primary research and secondary research skillsExcellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English and Indonesian; additional languages is a bonusFluency in office productivity tools (e.g MS Powerpoint, Excel, and Word)
