About The JobWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compliance Officer to support licensing compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, and data management initiatives. ResponsibilitiesMonitor company licenses, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements.Maintain and update compliance databases, records, and documentation.Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.Track permit validity, reporting deadlines, and regulatory obligations.Support compliance audits and internal reviews.Analyze compliance data and identify potential risks or gaps.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission of required information.Monitor regulatory updates and support implementation of compliance requirements. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, Government Affairs, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Licensing, Government Relations, Reporting, or related functions.Strong analytical and data management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.High integrity and commitment to data accuracy, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
