About the RoleWe are seeking a commercially driven and brand-focused professional to lead end-to-end brand management across retail and omnichannel operations. This role will be responsible for driving brand growth, business performance, customer engagement, and strategic execution while ensuring alignment with global brand standards.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, fashion and lifestyle oriented, operationally strong, and experienced in managing premium or aspirational retail brands within a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead overall brand strategy and execution across retail, marketing, merchandising, and operationsDrive sales growth, profitability, and achievement of business KPIsAnalyze sell-through, inventory performance, consumer behavior, and market trends to develop actionable strategiesCollaborate closely with merchandising and buying teams on assortment planning, pricing, product launches, and stock optimizationPartner with marketing teams to execute brand campaigns, activations, CRM initiatives, and customer engagement programsEnsure consistent brand image, visual merchandising standards, and customer experience across all touchpointsPrepare and present business reviews, sales analysis, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to managementMonitor competitor landscape and identify opportunities to strengthen market positioningWork closely with regional and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand direction and commercial objectivesLead and develop store and support teams to build a high-performance culture RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Business, Retail Management, or related fieldMinimum 5–8 years of experience in brand management, commercial, merchandising, or retail business management within premium retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industryStrong commercial acumen with proven experience managing sales performance and P&LExperienced in handling multi-store retail operations and cross-functional stakeholder managementStrong understanding of consumer trends, retail analytics, inventory planning, and customer experienceExcellent analytical, presentation, and strategic planning skillsConfident communicator with strong leadership and influencing capabilityAgile, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving environmentFluent in English, both written and spokenPrior experience working with international or regional brands is highly preferred Preferred ProfilePossesses strong sense of brand aesthetics, market awareness, and customer behaviorComfortable working with high expectations, fast execution, and premium service standardsDigitally aware with understanding of omnichannel retail and CRM initiativesMature, polished, and highly professional in stakeholder interactions
