The Brand Group Manager is responsible for driving strategic and operational brand execution with a strong focus on delivering measurable business outcomes. This role supports the Head of Marketing in shaping brand vision, strategy, and gotomarket plans, while ensuring all initiatives are designed to achieve clearly defined KPI targets, ROI thresholds, and financial performance goals. The position leads to the development of high impact marketing programs, monitors end-to-end campaign performance, and ensures cross functional alignment to maximize efficiency and results. Ultimately, this role is accountable for strengthening brand equity, accelerating category growth, and optimizing the return on marketing investments to support the company’s overall strategic and commercial priorities. Job Description:Act and serve as brand champion and owners to assist an Head of Marketing to provide the vision, mission goals and strategies to match up to the formulation and direction established by the marketing leadership.Assisting Head of Marketing to translate brand strategies as defined in the marketing plan into brand plans, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies.Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to targeted populations to "take action".Assist the Head of Marketing to measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess goals (ROI and KPIs).Plan for the launch of new products in accordance with the marketing plan that has been established in collaboration with other divisions related to the procurement of new products (production, supply chain, finance)Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies. Experience & Functional RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in senior Marketing roles (e.g., Senior Brand Manager / Brand Group Manager), preferably within the FMCG industry.Strong capability in analyzing brand performance and translating insights into actionable short- and mid-term growth plans.Proven expertise in consumer insights and market research.Experience in managing a product innovation pipeline and identifying high-impact opportunities using Pareto principles.Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in brand P&L management, forecasting, and performance tracking.Willing to work from our BSD, South Tangerang office.
