POSITION SUMMARYAssist and support the development and execution of brand strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, especially in digital marketing and increase market share RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing Implementation: Assisting and monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing initiatives.Digital Marketing & E-commerce: Managing digital marketing efforts and marketing activity in e-commerce and eRetailer.Market Analysis: Analyzing market data, Consumer Insight Data, competitor activities, sales, and distribution data to identify business threats and opportunities, and develop action plans for improvement.Budget Management: Actively managing and monitoring Advertising & Marketing (A&M) spending in coordination with the finance department.Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and execution of the marketing 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).New Product Development : Assisting new product development align with consumer insight QUALIFICATIONBachelor's Degree from a reputable national/international university. Fluent in both oral and written EnglishMinimum 2 years of experience in marketing or marketing support agencies (digital, media, creative).Experience in managing consumer or OTC brands within FMCG or Pharmaceutical companies, or handling FMCG/Pharma clients from an agency background.Proficient in computer and digital literacy.Positive attitude, dynamic personality, active person. Assertive and broad-minded Independently as well as a good team player.Good communications and presentation skills.Willingness to travel frequently is required.
