Job Description :Overseeing daily banking operations within the branches, driving sales growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and provide excellent & high-quality customer service.Managing & evaluating branch staff performance and training, including coaching process for improving sales and service.Fostering community business-relationship, retaining the business, and resolving escalated customer complaints.Ensuring operational efficiency and compliance, mitigating operational risks.To be located in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Medan, Batam, Balikpapan. Job Qualification :Minimum Bachelor degree.8-9 years of experiences in financial services and managing sales team focused on Priority Banking or Wealth Management Business, including 3-4 years at the management level.In-depth knowledge market update including Financial Market, Capital Market and Global Market.Proven ability to maintain and build high-level relationship with clients to retain and grow branch’s assets.Outstanding interpersonal relationship and communication skill which cover branch, area, regional & headquarters.Strong understanding on daily branch operations, including revenue to cost calculation, risk management, and branch audit/compliance.
