You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will assist customers with daily banking services and transactions, provide information and support regarding banking products and handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner. The role also involves supporting customer onboarding and administrative processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field. Minimum 1 year of banking experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Interested in banking, customer service, and financial services. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with a service excellence mindset. Willing to learn and adapt to new industry trends. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin #J-18808-Ljbffr. Compensation: 39 - 61.
