At VinFast Automobile Indonesia, we are building not just vehicles—but a future powered by innovation, sustainability, and speed. ⚙️ About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Body Shop Group Leader to supervise body shop production operations and ensure production targets, quality standards, manpower management, and continuous improvement activities are achieved effectively.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automotive body shop production, welding processes, robotic systems, and team leadership within high-volume manufacturing environments. ✅ RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in automotive production, with at least 3 years of experience handling manpower as Leader or SupervisorStrong knowledge of body shop processes including spot welding, MIG welding, framing, and sub-assemblyExperience handling robotic welding systems such as ABB, Fanuc, or KukaFamiliar with jigs & fixtures, welding parameters, and production troubleshootingStrong understanding of production KPI, quality systems, and lean manufacturingGood leadership, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and reporting systemsFluent in EnglishWilling to work in shifts or crew-based operations
