We Are Looking For As the Assistant Security Manager, you will be responsible for the overall security operations of one data center building. This includes overseeing daily site security, managing the outsourced security team, handling incidents and investigations, and ensuring the building remains secure, compliant, and operationally ready. You should have solid security operations experience, confidence in handling incidents, and the ability to manage vendors, drive follow-through, and work well with different teams across the site. Job Responsibilities Lead the security operations for one data center building, including access control, monitoring, incident response, investigations, and reportingManage the outsourced security team to ensure proper staffing, deployment, discipline, and service standardsOversee security compliance, audits, drills, investigations, and readiness activities for the siteReview incidents, trends, and security gaps, and follow up on actions needed to improve site securityDrive process improvements and maintain operational readiness across the Security Control Room and site operationsAct as the escalation point for major security incidents and support timely resolution and communicationWork closely with Operations, EHS, Projects, and Customers on security-related mattersPrepare and review incident reports, audit findings, and security updates, and ensure follow-up actions are closed properly Requirements Bachelor’s degree or DiplomaAt least 5–8 years of experience in security operations, including experience leading teams and managing outsourced security servicesGood understanding of access control, CCTV, incident handling, investigations, emergency response, and site security operationsExperience in security compliance, audits, drills, and vendor performance management will be preferredExperience in law enforcement, military, data center, industrial site, or contract security operations will be an advantage By submitting this application for employment to PDG, you hereby acknowledge that you consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure (to relevant third parties) of your personal data by us for the purposes of evaluating this application (and for other potential vacancies in the future).
