What You'll DoAs our Head of Service, you will be the operational leader of the guest experience, ensuring every service period runs seamlessly while developing a high-performing hospitality team. Key Responsibilities✔ Lead daily front-of-house operations and service execution✔ Drive exceptional guest experiences and service standards✔ Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and service team members✔ Conduct daily briefings, training sessions, and performance coaching✔ Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy✔ Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations✔ Monitor service quality, team productivity, and operational efficiency✔ Support revenue growth through upselling and guest engagement initiatives✔ Ensure compliance with House of Kairos SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards✔ Help build a positive, accountable, and service-driven culture Who You AreYou are a natural leader who loves hospitality and enjoys being present on the floor.
