Job Description:Oversees and managing retail banking operations in multiple branch locations within a specific area, focus on driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets and improving customer experience.Strategically planning & analyzing how to drive team’s performance, productivity and engagement.Developing and executing area’s business plans, driving customer acquisition and retention.Ensuring operational efficiency, risk and regulatory compliance.Driving and developing area’s profitability to be aligned with regional’s growth goals, through sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and cost control.Managing business growth & business expansion for targeted segment market in each area (affluent, emerging affluent & kiosk).Mentoring / evaluating branch managers & branch staffs in different locations to foster high performance.Managing area budgets, and act as a liaison between branch offices & regional leadership. Job Qualification:Minimum Bachelor degree.10-12 years of experiences in financial services and managing sales team focused on Priority Banking or Wealth Management Business, with several years as senior advisory, private banking, and/or team leader.Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of advisors to meet/exceed sales targets.Outstanding interpersonal relationship and communication skill which cover branch, area, regional & headquarters.
