Job Descriptions:Verify proof of transaction and be responsible for keeping a memorial journal (General Ledger, Adjusting entries, Correction Journal, etc)Prepare Trial Balance data, and perform account balance analysis to detect errors, irregularities or inconsistenciesConduct periodic reconciliation (monthly or according to the target) between the general ledger, accounts-banks, and ensure that all differences or outstanding items are correctedConduct consolidation and analysis related to financial statements from the Business Unit, including providing advice to the Business Unit related to informationPrepare parent company financial statements and consolidations (monthly, quarterly, annual) including Astra Package, Financial highlights, and reporting to regulatorsProvide audit data and support external audit processesParticipate in the development or maintenance of SOPs, work systems, internal controls related to accounting and reporting, and ensure that operational activities are in accordance with accounting standards such as PSAK, company policies and regulatory compliance Job Requirements:Minimum bachelor's degree from accounting or related field with GPA of at least 3.00Minimum 2 years of work experience in AccountingExperience in the preparation of consolidated financial statements is preferredMastering Microsoft ExcelAble to manage priorities well and be target-orientedHas high precision and ensures accurate and comprehensive qualityHave integrity and ownership of work, and be responsible for completing tasks properly and on timeHaving a professional certification in the field of accounting (e.g. Chartered Accountant/CA or Certified Financial Accounting Standard Statements/CPSAK) is a plus A technical test will be included in the selection process.
