We’re looking for our Amazon Key Account Manager in our Paris office on a hybrid working basis (3 days in the office a week). In this role, you’ll be pivotal in leading the Amazon FR strategy.

Here are some of the exciting things you will get to do: Owning the Relationship: Managing the day-to-day commercial relationship with Amazon, ensuring our products perform at their best. Developing Sales Strategies: Crafting and executing winning strategies to exceed sales and margin targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with the Amazon account team, Media, Product and Brand Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure flawless product launches.

Leading the Sales Team: Driving performance, delivering impactful reports, and ensuring every category launch is a success. Amazon Champion: Developing co-op plans, strategizing market share growth, and driving innovative solutions. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyzing data, translating insights into action, and continuously optimizing performance. Master Negotiator: Finding the balance between SharkNinja and Amazon’s goals to ensure a win-win outcome.

What You’ll Bring Fluent English and French Leadership: A proven track record of managing and inspiring teams to achieve ambitious goals. P&L Expertise: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive profitable growth. Analytical Skills: The ability to interpret complex data sets and turn them into strategic actions. Excellent Communication: Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
