Skills and ExperienceTo execute the position of Training & Mission Wellness Coordinator, I must have the required

qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality, with proven results, including:Diploma or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Education, Hospitality or a related discipline. A degree or diploma from a recognized hospitality or business school is preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Training, Learning & Development, Human Resources or operational role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.

Passion for learning, talent development, Host engagement and Mission Wellness, with a genuine interest in leading by example. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and effectively to different audiences. Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop and implement new training, learning, engagement and Mission Wellness initiatives.

Strong understanding of talent development and learning & development best practices, with the ability to identify training needs, develop programmes and facilitate learning. Ability to motivate and inspire others, build strong relationships and create an engaging learning environment. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple training and Mission Wellness initiatives simultaneously.

Proficient use of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as Canva or similar design/editing tools. Comfortable using e-learning platforms, digital learning tools and mobile applications. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Spanish. Additional languages are considered an advantage.

Thorough understanding of Six Senses training programmes, guidelines, rules and regulations, brand standards, operating standards, facilities and services, or the ability to acquire this knowledge quickly. Must hold the legal right to work in Spain. A valid EU/EEA passport or appropriate visa/work permit is required where applicable. Must comply with all legally required certifications, health and safety
