Senior Deviation Investigator

What you will do: Lead, reconstruct, and author high-quality GMP deviation investigations for biopharmaceutical manufacturing, cleaning and qualification events. Perform structured root cause analysis (RCA), event timeline reconstruction, and scientifically sound product quality impact assessments in collaboration with SMEs.

Define robust, risk-based Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent issue recurrence and drive continuous improvement. Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Operations, QA, MSAT, QC, Engineering, and Batch Record Review to resolve comments and achieve timely closure. Manage investigation workflows within TrackWise and dedicated tracking tools, maintaining full visibility of priorities, milestones, and target timelines. , Swissmedic).

Mentor operations teams on root cause investigation standards to elevate overall quality discipline and reduce record lead times.
