Tour Manager - worldwide (based out of NL,UK or UAE)

The arist is a globally acclaimed electronic music artist known for his high-energy performances and innovative productions. With a growing international presence and an ambitious touring schedule his label is looking for a dedicated Tour Manager to join his artist team and ensure seamless execution of every show. The Tour Manager will be the backbone of his live operations overseeing all logistics schedules and on-site coordination for tours and performances.

You will work closely with the artist and the management team to deliver world-class shows ensuring every detail is handled professionally and efficiently. Tasks Plan organize and execute tour schedules including travel accommodations and venue logistics. Serve as the main point of contact for venues promoters production teams and local staff. Oversee on-site show operations including sound checks stage setups and artist needs.

Manage budgets expense reports and tour documentation. Anticipate and resolve any logistical challenges or emergencies during tours. Ensure the artist and the team maintain peak performance readiness and comfort on the road. Support the artist and crew with administrative and personal

requirements as needed.

Requirements Proven experience as a Tour Manager preferably in the electronic music or live entertainment industry. Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced dynamic environments. Willingness to travel extensively internationally. Familiarity with tour logistics including international travel customs and visas.

Valid passport for worldwide travel and be able to acquire visas as required Based in the Netherlands UK or UAE with flexibility to travel globally.
