Role OverviewThey will independently handle selected client requests for our firm and advise them on corporate restructurings and international tax matters.Project ManagementProject management in corporate tax law.Key ResponsibilitiesFocus on restructuring, corporate succession, corporate transactions and international tax law.Preparation of short expert reports and client presentations.Participation in client meetings.Focus AreasThey desire focus on tax planning advice and special projects.
