Responsibilities Install and dismantle formwork for concrete structures. Read and follow construction drawings and measurements. Prepare, cut, and assemble wooden or metal formwork. Ensure shuttering is properly aligned, levelled, and secured before concrete pouring. Work on columns, beams, slabs, walls, and foundations. Follow site safety procedures and construction standards. Coordinate with site supervisors and other construction workers. Maintain tools and keep the work area clean and organized.

Requirements Previous experience as a Shuttering Carpenter is preferred. Knowledge of formwork installation and dismantling. Ability to understand measurements and construction drawings. Physically fit and capable of working on construction sites. Must follow safety instructions and site regulations.
