UAE Bank (Client of OVI) is seeking a Manager of Compliance Monitoring & Testing to lead the bank’s second-line assurance over its compliance obligations. You will own the monitoring and testing plan, review first-line activity, and report results to senior management and the Board. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in banking and regulatory compliance, with strong UAE framework knowledge and leadership experience to coach a CMAT team.
