Prepare detailed client reports and essential investment governance documentation, including investment policy statements.

Responsibilities Support senior consultants in delivering both day‑to‑day and strategic investment advice. Assist in the development of innovative investment strategies and complex asset‑liability models. Conduct thorough manager research and portfolio structuring across multiple asset classes. Maintain and develop investment governance documentation and client reporting materials. Coordinate with Mercer’s specialist teams to ensure holistic client solutions.

Analyze market trends, manager styles, and portfolio impacts to inform decision‑making. Monitor portfolio performance and evaluate manager effectiveness rigorously. Mentor and inspire junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. What You Need to Succeed Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related business discipline, with strong quantitative and analytical skills.

5 to 10 years of relevant investment experience, ideally within institutional consulting or asset management. Proven ability to present confidently to clients and collaborate effectively within a team environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
