Senior Facade Designer- Dubai or Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities Review curtain wall shop drawings, calculation reports and construction details Conduct on-site technical training, installation guidance and clarification Solve on-site technical issues, optimize installation solutions and ensure facade performance Manage technical documents, drawing updates and material submittals Bridge technical communication between Chinese and local teams on technical matters Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders Required Skills and

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structure Engineering or related More than 6 years in curtain wall design/engineering/technical coordination experience; Middle East experience preferred Proficient in AutoCAD and facade drawing software Strong technical problem-solving, coordination and drawing interpretation skills Working proficiency in English (written and spoken); Chinese communication skills are a plus Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible and reliable team player Ability to adapt to UAE/KSA local working culture and environment Good cross-cultural communication skills Compliance with local laws, regulations and company policies Hold the SOE membership is plus Key Demographic
