There s massive room for growth for a high-energy driven professional with exceptional sales instincts strong ROLESRESPONSIBILITIESAchieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targetsDeveloping a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitabilityPreparing action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospectsSource and develop new business opportunities through one's own initiative and with the support and direction of managementManage sales opportunities in a structured and documented fashionWork closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status and to identify potential issues and or opportunities within or related to the projectRespond to requests from the client in an efficient and timely mannerManage the sales process from initial opportunity to the securing of the client purchase order and ensuring successful completion of the projectMaintaining successful and effective relationships with existing customersSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 2 years experience of successful Sales in Metal / Wood Door field, or Architectural Hardware or Construction Industry or similar.University Degree, preferably engineering.Good understanding of technical aspects of Metal / Wood Doors preferred.Computer Literacy. Proficient with Windows Systems- MS Office and ERP systems.Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.Excellent English oral and written communication skills.Self-motivated, energetic and able to achieve high results.Passionate customer focused attitude.Strong negotiation and rapport building skills.UAE driving license preferred.Remuneration: Commensurate with technical product knowledge, experience and past performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
