DescriptionWe are looking for a Principal Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant who will be responsible for providing consultancy to customers, translating ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs, and providing technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards. You will also have experience maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SaaS, either on-site or remotely, implementing and running PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud/SOA and integrating to Oracle SaaS products. The role includes developing, integrating, and implementing application components—including front-end development, internal database integration, and OTBI reports—while playing a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support documentation, and administration of Oracle Cloud applications.What you will doAs a Principal Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle CSS you will do the following:Lead the technical team and coach team members in relevant skills, recognizing the contributions of others.Assess and analyze customers' business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet their objectives.Assist customers in their overall journey to cloud.Ensure Oracle cloud technologies are leveraged appropriately using best practices.Act as the Oracle Solution Delivery authority to ensure customers make informed decisions regarding scope to achieve cost-effective, high-quality, reusable solutions.Provide technical guidance on Oracle cloud and/or on-premise solutions to customers and other Oracle team members to underpin successful delivery.Support solutions around multi-cloud and hybrid cloud setups.Ensure successful handover from implementation to operations, making sure the solution fits the customer's requirements.Maintain the Oracle solution to meet the customer's demands on premise, cloud, or hybrid platforms running various workloads (application, middleware, database, and infrastructure).Work closely with the Technical Account Manager to ensure that individual work streams are technically well managed.Be the main contact for new business opportunities by supporting the presales team, identifying and promoting opportunities for sales of Oracle products and services.Actively lead and contribute to strategic programs and initiatives.Help customers take full advantage of all the value our company offers.Career Level – IC4ResponsibilitiesWhat we are looking for:10 years of relevant professional experience; bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field (preferred).Strong experience implementing Fusion Applications with at least three full cycles of successful implementations.Hands-on experience as an HCM Fusion functional specialist in HR Payroll, OTL, Absence Management, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, ORC, or in Oracle ERP Financial Modules.Good understanding of the Fusion quarterly update process and best practices for new feature adoption, testing, and change management.Strong knowledge of roles and security.Proven experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) dashboards, data loaders, extracts, fast formula error handling, SOAP services, BPM personalization, sandboxes, page composer, etc.Designing and developing customizations using Visual Builder, ADF, and Process Builder in OIC to Oracle ERP Cloud.For this position we are looking for a creative, innovative, and motivated professional with an open and flexible mindset who will work closely with the customer to ensure alignment between business change, IT architecture, technical solutions, business resources, and processes.As part of a global organization, the Principal Consultant will work within an international environment with colleagues worldwide and contribute to global technology-driven initiatives or innovation programs for continuous service improvements.Why work at OracleA competitive salary with exciting benefits.Flexible and remote working.Learning and development opportunities to advance your career.An Employee Assistance Program to support your mental health.Employee resource groups that champion our diverse communities.Core benefits such as medical, life insurance, and retirement planning.An inclusive culture that celebrates what makes you unique.What we will offerLearning and development opportunities to advance your career.An Employee Assistance Program to support your mental health.Core benefits such as medical, life insurance, and retirement planning.An inclusive culture that celebrates what makes you unique.At Oracle we don't just respect differences—we celebrate them.
