Pool Maintenance Supervisor - 5-Star Luxury Hotel

Apt Resources is hiring a Pool Maintenance Supervisor for a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel on the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of the hotel's pool facilities, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will lead a team of maintenance staff, implement preventive maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily pool maintenance activities, including cleaning, chemical treatments, and equipment upkeep. Ensure pool water quality meets health and safety standards through regular testing and adjustments. Manage pool maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Perform routine inspections of pool area facilities and equipment, addressing any issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, chemical usage, and incidents. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to prolong the life of pool equipment. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Respond to guest inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.

Qualifications Proven experience as a Pool Maintenance Supervisor, preferably in luxury hotel or resort environments. Strong knowledge of pool water chemistry, filtration systems, and maintenance procedures. Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail. Good communication skills and customer service orientation.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to pool maintenance. Relevant certifications in pool maintenance or water treatment are preferred. Must be currently in UAE. #J-18808-Ljbffr. Compensation: 60 - 80.
