This role requires a dedicated professional to provide impeccable poolside service, ensuring guests receive a luxurious and safe experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction in the pool area.

ResponsibilitiesWarmly welcome and assist guests using the pool facilitiesMaintain a vigilant presence to ensure guest safety and adherence to hotel policiesProvide prompt and courteous service, responding to guest requests efficientlyManage the cleanliness and presentation of the pool area, including furniture and surroundingsCoordinate with maintenance and other departments to address any pool-related issuesInform guests about pool hours, hotel amenities, and safety guidelinesSupport the delivery of an exceptional luxury guest experience at all timesQualificationsProven experience as a pool attendant or in a similar hospitality role at a luxury hotel or resortExceptional customer service and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasksFamiliarity with luxury service standards and protocolsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certifications are a plusMust be currently in UAE #J-18808-Ljbffr.
