Apt Resources is seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Steward to join the team at a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel on the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The Kitchen Steward plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment, supporting the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils in accordance with hygiene standards. Efficiently manage dishwashing duties and ensure timely availability of clean kitchenware. Assist with the receiving, storing, and proper handling of food supplies. Ensure garbage disposal and waste management are handled promptly and according to hotel protocols.

Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and organization as required. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications Proven experience as a Kitchen Steward or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment. Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards applicable in a 5-star hotel kitchen. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Good physical stamina to handle the demands of kitchen labor. Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.

Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must be currently in UAE. #J-18808-Ljbffr. Compensation: 39 - 56.
