Kids Club Attendant - 5-Star Luxury Hotel

Apt Resources is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Kids Club Attendant at a renowned 5-Star Luxury Hotel located in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for young guests by providing attentive care, creative activities, and a secure environment. This position demands enthusiasm, dedication, and a warm personality to foster a memorable, fun, and safe space for children.

Responsibilities Warmly welcome children and their families to the Kids Club, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Develop and implement diverse, age-appropriate recreational and educational activities to engage children. Monitor and ensure the safety of all children while they participate in activities and play. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's activities, behavior, and wellbeing.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the Kids Club area and equipment. Support and participate in special events and celebrations organized by the hotel.

Qualifications Proven experience in childcare, kids club supervision, or a related role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage both children and their parents effectively. Creativity and enthusiasm for planning and leading engaging children’s activities. Ability to maintain a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children of various ages.

Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Relevant certifications such as Childcare, Early Childhood Education, First Aid, or CPR are preferred. Passion for working with children and contributing to exceptional guest experiences. Must be currently in UAE #J-18808-Ljbffr. Compensation: 147 - 184.
