An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate Associate with 4–7 years' post-qualification experience to join a leading international law firm in Dubai. This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-profile domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, working alongside a highly regarded team advising multinational corporations, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and government-related entities across the Middle East and beyond.

Key

Responsibilities Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and general corporate matters. Supporting and leading transaction workstreams, including due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and transaction management. Advising on shareholder arrangements, corporate governance, and commercial agreements. Working closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions on cross-border transactions.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives. Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate. Candidate

Requirements Qualified lawyer with 4–7 years' PQE gained at a leading international or top-tier regional law firm. Strong experience in M&A, joint ventures, private equity transactions, ECM and general corporate advisory matters. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and project management skills. Experience working on cross-border transactions and coordinating with international stakeholders. Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
