JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIESPrimary responsible for assisting sales team external and internal at Descon AutomationRegistering enquiries in the systemEnquiry register acknowledgement and follow upReview of incoming RFQ documentation and liaison with respective suppliers external and internalConduct presales discussions by virtual meeting, telephone, onsite visit with customer if received information is unclearReview specifications, drawings, control diagrams, PID’s, BOQ received from customers and understand technical requirementsPrepare and submit sales quotations to Team Lead for review and as advised by discipline team leadersCo‑ordination with Procurement, Logistics and Assembly departments after receipt of ordersReporting to the Manager / Head of Section for various sales support related activities in general and PLC, RTU, HMI, SCADA systems in particularAssist in extensive documentation responsibilities – preparation of technical compliance to RFQ requirements and selection of deliverables by the companyDiscuss with respective discipline leaders and obtain approvals of estimates with respect to selected deliverablesCoordinate among team members of Descon Automation in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain for clarification of information as requiredRegular update of sales registers – enquiry register, list of outgoing documents, weekly reportsFollow up on submitted quotations on a regular basis and update respective team leaders including markup on respective system registersQUALIFICATIONSEducation: 3‑year diploma or bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics or equivalentExperience: 1 to 3 years in a similar line of workComputer Skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook (Office 365)Inspection skill, review skill, negotiation skill, teamwork, supply chain management #J-18808-Ljbffr
