Housekeeping Supervisor - 5-Star Luxury Hotel

Apt Resources is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our client's team at a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel on the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are consistently met.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hotel standards and identify areas for improvement. Assist in training and mentoring housekeeping staff to enhance performance and guest service. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting needs to management for timely replenishment.

Handle guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation policies. Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction. Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5-star luxury hotel environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and hygiene standards. Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays. Relevant certifications in hospitality or housekeeping management are a plus. Must be currently in UAE. As per the market standards #J-18808-Ljbffr. Compensation: 30 - 42.
