A well-established multispecialty hospital in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is seeking a qualified Consultant / Specialist Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join its multidisciplinary clinical team. The role focuses on providing comprehensive care in women’s reproductive health, pregnancy management, and gynecological conditions within a modern healthcare environment supported by advanced diagnostic facilities and maternity care services.

Role Overview Position: Consultant / Specialist Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Healthcare Setting: Multispecialty hospital with maternity and women’s health services Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years post specialist or board certification Practice Model: Combination of outpatient consultations, inpatient obstetric care, and gynecological procedures The successful candidate will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, ensuring safe pregnancy management, diagnosis and treatment of gynecological conditions, and preventive healthcare for women across different life stages.

Responsibilities – Obstetrics & Gynecology Provide comprehensive obstetric care, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal management of pregnancies Conduct routine prenatal examinations, fetal monitoring, and risk assessment for pregnant patients Manage normal and high-risk pregnancies, ensuring appropriate maternal and fetal care Perform vaginal deliveries and caesarean sections when clinically required Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions such as hormonal disorders, menstrual abnormalities, infections, and reproductive health issues Perform gynecologic surgical procedures, including minimally invasive and laparoscopic interventions where appropriate Conduct screening and preventive services, including cervical cancer screening and reproductive health assessments Provide family planning services, contraception counselling, and fertility guidance Manage menopause-related conditions and hormonal health issues Collaborate with neonatologists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records in accordance with regulatory and hospital standards Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement programs, and maternal health initiatives Ensure compliance with international obstetric and gynecological care guidelines and UAE healthcare regulations Licensing & Relocation Support Full assistance will be provided for DOH / DHA/ MOH license conversion guidance Credential verification and documentation support Relocation assistance to Abu Dhabi / UAE Hospital onboarding and integration support Competitive tax-free physician salary Performance-based incentives Housing allowance or accommodation support Comprehensive family medical insurance Annual return flight tickets Professional indemnity / malpractice coverage Continuing Medical Education (CME) support
