Description Apt Resources is looking for a dedicated and skilled Commis 1 - Pastry to join the pastry team of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and production of a wide variety of pastries, desserts, breads and confectionery items under the supervision of senior pastry chefs. Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients. Assist in inventory management, stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.

Work closely with other kitchen departments to ensure smooth operation. Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies. Continuously learn and improve pastry techniques and knowledge.

Requirements Previous experience as a Commis 1 – Pastry or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment. Basic knowledge of pastry techniques, baking and dessert presentation. Strong attention to detail and creativity. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Good communication and organizational skills. Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. A willingness to learn and develop professionally. Must be currently in UAE.
